How we handle reviews
Reviews are easy to fake and hard to verify, which is exactly why we are specific about where ours come from and what we do with them.
- We publish permissioned feedback only. If a customer has not agreed to have their comments used, they do not appear here.
- We do not invent customers, projects or outcomes. No composite characters, no representative scenarios presented as real jobs.
- We do not edit for flattery. Light trimming for length is the limit. We do not rewrite a review to sound better than it was.
- We protect customer privacy. Reviews show a first name or an area, not a full address, and project photos are published only with permission.
- We do not create city-specific testimonials. If a review came from a homeowner in Round Rock, it appears as Round Rock. We do not distribute feedback across service-area pages to make coverage look deeper than it is.
Where you can check us
Our Google Business Profile reflects how we actually operate. We do not create fictitious office locations to appear in additional map areas, and we do not ask for reviews in exchange for a discount.
