1. Agreement to these terms

By using the Austin Foundation Repair website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services we provide

Austin Foundation Repair provides residential foundation services including:

The scope of any particular project is defined in the written proposal for that project, not by the general descriptions on this website.

3. Website content is general information

Guides, service pages and blog posts on this site are general educational material. They are not a structural assessment of your property and must not be relied on as one. Nothing here diagnoses a foundation condition, and appearance alone cannot establish whether repair is needed.

A contractor evaluation is not the same as an opinion from a licensed Professional Engineer. Where an independent engineering assessment is appropriate, we will say so, and you are free to obtain one from a licensed engineer of your choosing.

4. Quotes, estimates and pricing

A quote request submitted through this site is a request only. It is not a confirmed appointment, a completed estimate or a binding offer by either party. Any cost figures, ranges or calculators on this site are illustrative and are not a quote.

Firm pricing is provided only in a written proposal following an on-site evaluation. Prices are quoted in USD and remain valid for the period stated in that proposal. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

5. Scheduling, access and site conditions

You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, including interior rooms and any crawlspace, and for disclosing known hazards, utility locations and prior repairs. Conditions discovered after work begins may change the scope. Any such change will be documented in writing and agreed before it is carried out.

6. Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Cancellation terms for contracted work are set out in the relevant proposal.

7. Warranty

Warranty coverage, exclusions, duration and transfer conditions are stated in the written documentation for your project. Warranties apply to the specific work performed and do not extend to areas that were not repaired, to cosmetic finishes, or to changes caused by subsequent alterations, drainage changes or plumbing failures unless expressly stated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Austin Foundation Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this website or from our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Austin Foundation Repair or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution; republishing substantial portions requires our written permission.

10. Third-party links

We sometimes link to municipal, regulatory or research resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the date at the top shows when they were last updated.
